Cancellation Policy
One-time purchases only
True Nourish Global LLC sells one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions, and you will never be charged automatically for repeat orders.
Cancelling an order
To cancel an order, email contactus@truenourishofficial.com as soon as possible with your order number.
- Before dispatch: we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Return and Refund Policy.
Changing an order
If you need to change a product, quantity or delivery address, contact us before your order is dispatched and we will do our best to update it.
Refund timing
Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
